wow. only QTR Ryan 11 gets a racing penalty. Surly I didnt wreck the 12 other cars that didnt finish! Who wrecked James? The wreck that happen right infront of me that I had to go low to miss. Then, Matt, did you even listen to my throttal? I was completely off the gas to stay off the guy on the outside of me. So to say I was an AGGRESSIVE driver is a bit strong, and I’m not happy to be classified as too aggressive. I’ve got many things to take to you and Shawn about.

Yes you’re 100% correct Joe, but, Slide-jobs are executed in real life racing the correct way 90% of the time. Enter corner faster then your opponent, your opponent recognizes the slide-job, lifts off his throttle to allow the opponent to execute it. Then a smart driver will then punch his throttle to go back under the passer to execute a late exit pass on the slide-job.

Because in real life, you must pay for your damages, where sim racers don’t care, b/c there is no cost to fix your car. So in real life, drivers are more cautious for their actions in racing, thus making cleaner racing.

So in Sim Racing we must warn, and penalize drivers for Aggressive driving and non-racing contact. We understand the difference between racing incidents and non-racing incidents. That is why Matt Hoffman reviews replays now for us, as he is our Head League Coordinator and is in charge of penalties and replay reviewing.

We will try to clarify our meanings of aggressive driving and the escaping off the track rules this Tuesday at Lowe’s.

aggressive slide jobs is a part of racing. watch this years kings royal to see what i mean. contact with other drivers is also a part of racing. unless u putt them out of the way, a lil rubbin is part of racin.

I like this, as long as it doesnt get to carried away and take away from driving wanting to attempt to be Aggressive, which then makes for boring racing.

Just a thought, you might want to post what all you are watching when we are racing. Define TOO aggressive, are we allowed to touch each other at all or are we allowed to give a nudge to move a car up to get under them? I think this would be helpful

Great job again to OHM for putting on another great show. Congrats on your highest car count so far. Also good job to Waxim on his win, but 3 times in a roll is not going to happen. i’ll make sure of it!
